The Arches at Cobble Hill
101 Warren Street, Brooklyn, NY
Judging by how many people I’m trying to convince to move to Two Bridges, you could say I’m pretty content with my little nest in the neighborhood. I’ve secured my spot as the top consumer of Dimes Market‘s Hummus (which is actually a holy experience), have discovered how many watermelon margaritas is too many watermelon margaritas at Forgtmenot, and am that girl who once came into Little Canal wearing a head-to-toe XL gray sweat pant suit and demanded a 6 shot americano. Watch the throne.
BUT if by some stroke of luck the Survivor application I sent in last week gets chosen and I win with my admittedly/scarily solid javelin skills, I will be stalking the Arches at Cobble Hill for the next opportunity to purchase. This breathtaking space, formerly St. Peter’s Church and Academy, was built in 1858 and converted into land marked luxury condos in 2005. The building features 59 units with a live-in super, full-time porter and a common landscaped garden. So when that time comes, if any of you tries to outbid me, be forewarned that is a battle not worth fighting.
